CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before the custom backdrop design order is approved. We will submit the order immediately after you approve the custom design from our team or submit and confirm your custom design.
Any cancellations after the custom backdrop design order will be issued a 50% refund only.
